Residents seeking admission to Hawley Senior Living, Adult Day Care Services & Respite Care will need to be independent or with the assist of one care giver in the following areas.

ADL’s: Dressing and grooming, eating, bathing and toileting. |

Ambulation: Cane, walker, or wheelchair. |
|
Breathing: ie. Need for oxygen. |
|
Mentation: Orientation to self. |
|
Behavior: Able to communicate needs to staff and others. Absence of violent or disruptive behavior to self and others. |
Skilled nursing services can be met by home health nursing if this service is required.
Special Services are billed to the resident each month in addition to the rent. Services are purchased on an a la carte fee basis. Some residents find they are eligible for government grants or waiver programs which help pay for these services.
